    Below is the March 4, 2014 memo Mark Adams sent to all public officials requesting redress of grievances, demanding public officials start honoring their Oaths and his Constitutional Rights, Right to Farm, Riparian Laws and property owners rights. This is a good summary of the extreme government actions and the elected officials directly responsible for destroying Adams farm. Adams research into biobased and biodegradable lubricant crops, off-the-grid energy sustainability projects and all lawful recreational seized by the persons who received the memo prior to Bridgeport officials ordering Adams assault and false arrest during public comments of the monthly meeting.

    To this date, NONE of the issues have been results. Adams farm and businesses have been essentially taken over by the State.

    Victims of Political Scandals Urgently Call for Justice and Postponement of 2016 Elections

    Michigan USA, November 2, 2016:  Public officials who committed crimes in office, willfully violated their Oaths and Constitutions, participated in un-American activities, well-documented violations of human rights and acts of domestic terrorism against citizens should be jailed TODAY, removed permanently from public office, and purged from ballots BEFORE upcoming US elections can be declared fair, honest and lawful.

    This urgent call for arrest and prosecution of morally corrupted cops and officeholders ahead of elections applies not only to Hillary Clinton’s alleged unlawful activities as Secretary of State, but to a range of State and local officials as well.  Americans have been denied fair and lawful elections as the US Justice Department and FBI throughout President Obama’s tenure have shielded from justice corrupted fellow Democratic officeholders entrenched in Federal, State and local governments.  Democrat party operatives in recent years have escalated their unprecedented war of retributions against journalists, whistle blowers and citizens who report extreme lawlessness and State-sponsored corruption.

    Michigan residents remain terrorized, afraid to speak out about criminals in public office or participate in political activities.  Saginaw County Sheriff Federspiel, Prosecutor McColgan and Bridgeport Township Supervisor Tausend who persist in violating Adams human rights, have prospered in office and now guarantee no justice will be forthcoming in Michigan for at least 4 more years as they face no opposition in local general elections.

    Also to be highlighted on PoorMichigan.org in coming days before elections are Shirley Adams and Milton Halls wrongful deaths, illegal takings of Mark Adams businesses as one of Americas top scientists is STILL banned from his Saginaw businesses and travel since April 30, 2015.  Michigan Attorney General Schuette, US Attorney Generals Holder and Lynch share culpability after dishonoring their Oaths and abdicating responsibilities as top law enforcement officers.

    NOTE:  This email was sent to State of Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette following up on several phone calls to his Lansing, MI office.  NO RESPONSE to date August 11, 2016.  NO RESPONSE from any of the public officials who were copied on my March 4, 2014 letter to Bridgeport officials (attached to Police Report), detailing and documenting all the malicious, criminal acts and willful violations of my Constitutional Rights, the Open Meeting Act, Freedom of Information Act, Right to Farm Act, Riparian Law by Democrats and Republicans at every level.

    This is what happens when rogue cops and politicians, Democrats and Republicans, are not held accountable for malfeasance and criminal acts committed in office.  Corruption has worsened exponentially without benefit of law enforcement, propagating intolerable human rights abuses like these in Bridgeport and Frankenmuth, MI and the Flint Water Crisis.

    Before becoming AG, Michigan’s top law enforcement official, Bill Schuette was Director, Michigan Department of Agriculture when I reported illegal, off label, sprayings of deadly Dow Garlon by MDOA on corn, beans and other crops.  Mr. Schuette did then as he is doing now, outright refusal to uphold law and order and Citizen Rights to equal protection under the law.  ALL the contaminated crops went to market and the illegal sprawings continue in 2016.

    On March 4, 2014, at the Bridgeport Township Board Meeting, Mark Adams was arrested and charged with:

    One MARK ALAN ADAMS, late of the County of Saginaw, State of Michigan, did make or excite a disturbance at a public meeting where citizens were peaceably and lawfully assembled, located at 6206 Dixie Highway; contrary to MCL 750.170. [750.170] .
    MISDEMEANOR: 90 Days-and/or $500.00

    COUNT 2 – POLICE OFFICER -ASSAULTING/RESISTING/OBSTRUCTING
    One MARK ALAN ADAMS, late of the County of Saginaw, State of Michigan, did assault, batter, wound, resist, obstruct, oppose, or endanger David Duffett, a police officer of Bridgeport Township Police Department that the defendant knew or, had reason to know was performing his duties; contrary to MCL 750.81d(1). [750.81D1]
    FELONY:- 2 Years and/or $2,000.00
